Professional Education:

Professional education is a formalized approach to specialized training in a professional school through which participants acquire content knowledge and learn to apply techniques. Although content is what the participant is expected to learn by attending professional school, such an education also helps the participant acquire the competencies needed for proper practice and behavior. Some common goals of professional education include incorporating the knowledge and values basic to a professional discipline; understanding the central concepts, principles, and techniques applied in practice; attaining a level of competence necessary for responsible entry into professional practice; and accepting responsibility for the continued development of competence. It is designed to produce responsible professionals and then to ensure their continuing competence in the profession by helping them recognize and understand the significance of advancing professional knowledge and improving standards of practice. It involves the translation of learning to practice and is intended to prevent occupations and professionals from becoming obsolete. ASTS aims to develop the standards of education which may help the society in capabilities development as per the 21 century challenges. ASTS believes, in order to develop effective competencies, strategic planning for professional standards should be incorporated from Preschool level, starting from Pre-school will develop the foundations on which end product will produce the results as per the vision.

Growth and Development :

Following the vision Ch. Adalat Hussain (Shaheed) Education School and Vocational / Technical Training Centre / Welfare Trust, has been working on three main projects.

  •  Ch. Adalat Hussain (Shaheed) Education School.

  •  Ch. Adalat Hussain (Shaheed) Vocational / Technical Training Centre.

  •  Ch. Adalat Hussain (Shaheed) / Welfare Trust 

As per the aim Ch. Adalat Hussain (Shaheed) Education School and Vocational / Technical Training Centre is interlink with each and other. The graduate from the Education School is considered as the foundation for Vocational / Technical Training Centre. Students of Vocational / Technical Training Centre will be provided a set of skills which will be enriched with practical exploire, this approach will develop youth to capitalize professional and entrepreneurial roles. As per the experts pakistan is developing economy with the 64% youth of total population, Effective professional and entrepreneurial roles will  act as fuel toward the economy development and growth.

Financial Sustainability:

As per the experts in order to develop financial sustainability, provision of opportunities is one of the most important parameters. In order to cope with the situation. ASTS has focus over in its long term planning. We aim that perfect set of skills with excellent opportunities is the only solution. ASTS is putting its efforts to develop a network with in pakistan and around the globe, so that graduates get the opportunities as per the skills portfolio. Recently  higher authorities has proposed chinesses and japness companies, proposal has been accepted and much appreciated.

ASTS  aims to provide job and business opportunities which not only develop personal financial sustainability for students but also lead toward economic growth of pakistan.

Future Leadership:

Pakistan is standing on the edge, effective leadership is one of the major issues which has undermined the growth of pakistan. The best way to develop the effective leadership is to mold the perspective of society so that each and every part of society consider their responsibility. Asts aims not only to polish youth for professional standards and best opportunities but also develop in the manner that they consider their responsibility for weaker segments of society. our vision is to develop effective leadership, which takes Pakistan to whole new level of growth and development.
